This is the stupidest thing I have ever read. This is totally the opposite!!!

The real thing of how to be a good women is below:

1) Be who you truly are. (silly, smart, weird, etc.)
2) Make people understand that you must be respected.
3) Follow your dreams, don't let anything get in your way.
4) Be successful, show that you can be a leader. Set the example.

7) Pay attention to reality. Be opened minded.
8) Live life to the fullest.

                    What is beauty? Is it a thin, insecure, anorexic women scared to remove her mask, and finally look at the world from her own perspective. Or is it a women that loves her body, be it curves, scraggly hair, freckles,dimples and is ready to show the world she can rely on her self. Who are you? I know who I am, but many women, and men, are afraid to take off the mask. It's time to break free from the standards that have been put on us and break the system.

These days it is not uncommon to look around and see people taking endless pictures of themselves. This is not a horrible thing to do but are their consequences? What do taking selfies do to ourselves or the interactions we have with others?

Another School Shooting?? Why?!

No one knows yet why this school shooting has happened in Troutdale, Oregon. It is tragic and our thoughts are with all of the young people and that community. The news reports were continually referring to the use of social media as the way the parents and students were being connected and informed. Media can help us in so many ways but we must understand the devastating ways it can hurt as too.  Was the person committing this act being bullied through Facebook or outcasted in some way? What are the distractions in society today that cause us to overlook really important issues in ourselves and in our world?

Light and Love to all the people who have been involved in the way too many school shootings that have occurred over the last several years.
